A Sign to the Northwest Passage (2010 - present)

In 2010 Kevin Schmidt created A Sign in the Nortwest Passage, a floating wooden billboard inscribed with a list of catastrophic events as described in the biblical book of 'Revelations'. He then installed it on seasonal ice at the entrance of the Northwest Passage, a series of waterways through the Canadian Arctic Archipelago, leaving it to survive the summer ice melt, and drift in what is becoming a main shipping route due to global warming and ice melting. The location of the sign is now unknown.
